Overview
This guide uses a visual diagram to explain the node configuration, shared disk structure, and communication methods between CMs in the TAC (Tibero Active Cluster) environment.
NoteThis is based on Tibero6 New CM.
Method
Configuration Introduction
- DB1/DB2: Each Tibero DB instance
- CM1/CM2: Cluster Manager (TB_CM)
- Shared Disk: Shared storage such as control files, data files, REDO/UNDO/Archive logs, etc.
Main Port Configuration
- Public IP: The public IP of each server
- Virtual IP: The virtual IP of each server
- Listener Port: Tibero Listener Port on each server
- LOCAL_CLUSTER_ADDR: Inter-Connect IP between Tibero nodes
- LOCAL_CLUSTER_PORT: Inter-Connect Port between Tibero nodes
- CM_PORT: Inter-Connect Port between Tibero Instance and TBCM
- CM_UI_PORT: Port used to connect to TBCM
- CM Inter-Connect PORT: Inter-Connect Port between TBCM nodes
